The city hall of Mondim de Basto use the eletronic counter based on iPortalDoc

We’ve borrowed the words from Miguel Torga, a twentieth century portuguese poet, to talk to you about a “Wonderful Kingdom”. Mondim de Basto, a village in the region of Trás-os-Montes, in Portugal, that lies in the left bank of the river Tâmega and in the foothill of the chapel Senhora da Graça, is a privileged place for nature lovers and an iconic reference for sports. But Mondim is also a national reference in sustainable management and in service provision to the community.

The City Hall provides to its municipalities, the Electronic Counter based on the Document and Process Management solution, iPortalDoc, with a wide offer of electronic services, such as: Cleaning of the Woods; Water, Waste and Sewage; Licenses Issuing (parties, hunt, taxis, entertainment machines); Soil Mobilization and others. With the Electronic Counter, the municipality ensures not only the centrality and promptness of requests as also paper dematerialization, to which the collaborators have been having a key role, which makes of Mondim de Basto an example to follow on the administrative simplification.
