IMPAR Seguros use iPortalDoc, the Document Management

IMPAR Seguros, an insurance company, is one of the most profitable financial institutions of Cape Verde, which is about to complete 25 years of history, counts on a distribution network that covers all islands of the archipelago. It works with the purpose of presenting solutions that are adjusted to the reality of the Cape Verdean market, and especially of the client, always striving for a quality service, particularly in the after-sales. That work has proven to be worthy, since it has been acknowledged by the market itself and has been allowing to strengthen the confidence placed in the Insurance Company.

In order to automate and standardize the treatment of data from the subscription to the regulation of claims, it decided to implement iPortalDoc, the Document and Process Management solution of IPBRICK. Archiving, classification, search and access to treated documents, by the various collaborators, located in the different islands, will be facilitated with the usage of iPortalDoc and OCR.
