IPORTALDOC IN THE MANAGEMENT OF CULTURE

IGAC (Inspeção Geral das Atividades Culturais), is an entity specialized in the protection of copyright and related rights, in Portugal, which uses our Document and Process Management solution, iPortalDoc, to manage several processes related to its activity, such as activity management of copyright inspection; expert activity (as result of the seizure of equipments and illegal contents); complaint management related to concert venues, under the control of IGAC, and processes of unlawful administrative offense management and sectoral internal monitoring.

50 users  work with the Document and Process Management solution of IPBRICK.

They handle processes concerning Letters, Emails (under implementation) and Internal Information.
