To manage the Electronic Mail, Marques Soares uses IPBRICK.Mail

With half a century old, Marques Soares is a reference company in fashion and clothing in Portugal. It was the year of 1960 when it opened its doors, in the city of Porto, a space of 150m2 and 10 employees that was selling only clothing fabrics, meshes and shirting. Fifty years later, Marques Soares is, throughout the country, a reference in fashion and clothing, currently having over 1400m2 of commercial spaces and 300 employees, divided between Porto, Braga, Aveiro, Santarém, Beja, Vila Real and Évora. In 1995, the company was recognized by the European Foundation for Entrepreneurship Research as one of the 500 more dynamic companies in Europe.

At the moment, it has more than 100 active email accounts. In addition, it also uses iPortalDoc, the Document and Process Management solution, for Mail Archiving and as a Digital Archive. The integration between IPBRICK.Mail and the Mail Archiving solution allows it to perform an efficient management of the electronic mail, ensuring, for example, that not a single email is forgotten. It eases the email search, helps to understand to which emails they haven’t answered yet, to consult the already answered emails and to visualize the entire history of the exchanged emails.
