To employ greater speed in the execution of processes, Grupo JAP uses iPortalDoc’s Statistics Module

With 112 years old, Grupo JAP is a reference on the automotive sector and one of the biggest groups in the North area of Portugal. With thousands of documents circulating in their offices on a daily basis, JAP decided to use iPortalDoc to handle their commercial and financial processes as well as their general office, to ensure deadlines for execution and the dematerialization of all paper.

The statistics module allows it to obtain detailed reports and, by its turn, to keep a higher monitoring on document and process handling. iPortalDoc also integrates with the OCR solution used by the group, Kofax, which automatically extracts the relevant information from the document and classifies it.
